My market didn't have any turkey sausage, so I used Buffalo chicken sausage. This was easy to make and tastes great! I would say it makes 6 or 8 servings, though - not 4!

I made this recipe exactly as written. It was really good! For my own personal taste, I will probably use slightly less thyme and slightly more cayenne pepper next time, but I will certainly be making it again!!.
