So good and pretty easy to make. I’m a novice cook and was worried about making this but it came out great. I’ll definitely be making this again.

I’m on the new WW purple plan, so I substituted a cup of old fashioned oats for the wheat flour. I also used Swerve brown sugar substitute and unsweetened applesauce in place of the butter. I made it into 18 muffins for only 1 purple point each! I did top each one with a 1/2 tsp. mini chocolate chips, and that increased each muffin to 2 points. They came out very dense and moist, but they didn’t rise well. The flavor is good too, but I think 5 bananas is just too much. 2-3 would have been perfect. I may try it again with fewer bananas.
