- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 15 oz. diced tomatoes (canned)
- 30 oz. tomato sauce (canned)
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup basil (fresh or dry, minced)
- 12 oz. penne (uncooked whole wheat pasta, cooked according to package instructions)
- 1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
