This was absolutely delicious! Even my husband liked it and he is a meat and potatoes kind of guy!

I added zucchini as well and also herbs from my garden. Thyme, basil and leaf of sage. It was in the Passata sauce I used but fresh is best. It is the type of recipe that any left over greens in the fridge can be added ie spinach and a side dish is delicious
