This soup is awesome!! I added some extra veggies to beef it up and it’s sooo good! Add a dash of cayenne for a hint of heat!

It’s definitely filling, just lacked flavor. I will freeze some and eat the rest over the next few days but add more seasoning. Will make again with a few adjustments.

This is a great recipe. The key is to try not to overcook the vegetables. That way, you retain more of the nutrients and stay full longer. This soup works well with this plan. https://bit.ly/2qeKKmL

I modified the recipe by adding more spices and deleting the tomato paste. Not sure for how much I’ve eaten so far if you could call it a “weight loss” soup. I’ll be making it again.
