I wasn’t a huge fan. Way too tomatoy for my liking, had to add a cup of water with chicken oxo. I eventuallly drained the liquid and ate the chunks.

Loved this! Will definitely make again. Perfect for fall & winter season here in Michigan. I would say it is more of a chili than a soup though. I did have to make a couple substitution due to not having ingredients on hand. I used canned mushrooms and used 1Tbs of Mrs. Dashes Italian Melody in place of herbs. Next time I’ll use actual ingredients listed and give an update.
