- 1 cup peas (frozen shelled, or fresh)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes (I like to use canned tomatoes in this recipe)
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. tamarind paste
- 1 tsp. sea salt (kosher)
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro leaves (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. mint leaves (chopped)

Very tasty. I didn't have tamarind paste, so i cut a couple dates in half and simmered them in the dish to add a little sweetness (removed before serving). I would definitely make this again.
