- 1 red onion (sliced)
- rice (or noodles, I used rice.)
- 1 pkg. sauce (Blue Dragon Broccoli Beef)
- 1 can tuna (in water)
- leaf lettuce
- 2 green onions (sliced thin)
- cucumber (sliced into thin strips)
- red pepper (sliced into thin strips)
- salt (to taste)
- spring roll wrappers (Blue Dragon)
