- 1/4 lime (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 cup white onions (or thinly sliced red)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (good fresh, or olive oil)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. saunf (aniseed lightly roasted and coarsely crushed, about 6-7 seeds)
- 200 grams rocket (or baby arugula, washed and refrigerated)
- 2 cups watermelon (rind and seeds removed, and cut in 1-inch cubes or scooped)
- 1/4 tsp. zest of lime
- 2 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts (or crushed toasted walnuts, skins removed)
- 4 cups whole milk (plain)
- 1 juice (lime)
