- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 1 tsp. black salt (or rock salt)
- 1/2 watermelon (cubed)
- 200 grams feta cheese (block, cubed)
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- 1 handful mint leaves (sliced)
- 1 small red onion (finely diced)
- 2 Tbsp. coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp. cumin powder (roasted)
- 2 tsp. chaat masala (powder)
- 1/4 tsp. chilli powder (optional)
- 1 tsp. black salt
- 1 handful puffed rice (crispy, and sev)
