I added a sliced white onion, I also used a melon baller and then returned everything to the melon shell, it was a really great presentation.

This is such a simple recipe but since I can’t think for myself I followed it. I used cucumbers from my garden and left out the mint since I didn’t have any and it was still good. So fresh and good for you!
