Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 4 cups watermelon (cubes, 1½ pounds pureed, or 2 cups watermelon juice if you don't like the pulp)
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 nectarine (sliced and then cut into chunks)
- watermelon (wedges for garnish, optional)
- 6 mint leaves (plus some for garnish)
- ice

Directions
- Fill 2 glasses with ice.
- Dissolve sugar into warm water and add lemon juice. Mix into small pitcher with watermelon puree/juice.
- Pour juice mixture over ice and add ½ nectarine chunks and mint into each glass.
- Garnish with watermelon and mint. Enjoy!
