  • 14 cups watermelon (cut into chunks, seeds removed)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 5 cups vodka (or gin, if you prefer)
  • 1 bottle prosecco

    Directions

    1. Add watermelon and mint to blender and puree. Once combined, strain to remove any large chunks. Then, combine the watermelon and mint puree with remaining ingredients. Mix, pour into your watermelon drink dispenser, and enjoy!
