It turned out really well. I strained it multiple times to avoid the excess pulp.

I tried this recipe. Way to much lemon! Way to sweet! Watermelon? What watermelon? The lemon overpowered the watermelon and I ended up with pink lemonade with a so slight it was all but missing undertone of watermelon. So slight I had to roll it around on my tongue to finally find the watermelon taste. The mint, unless it's brewed in the water added to the mix, provides no minty flavor. It's more decoration when you just drop a sprig in. I made a second batch - cut the amount of lemons in half, cut the sugar down to 1/4C and brewed the sprig of mint in the water I was going to add. It was spectacular! The balance was back and I could taste all 4 layers of flavors - the lemonade, the watermelon, the hint of mint and a beautiful mild refreshing sweetness rather than feeling like I'd just taken a mouthful of to sweet lemon koolaid.
