    This curry is pretty good. You do need to add a lot of salt though. I cut the recipe in half and it still made 6 servings! I might do the full amount of spices next time though - it needed more flavor.

    It was pretty yummy. I personally think it tastes very much like Thai red curry. How much salt you put in there is very important. I also added about 1-2 table spoon of sugar. Without the sugar, it tasted a bit bland and harsh for me.

    I made this dish for my family and my friend's family. They said it was better than the Thai restaurant dishes they've eaten. I made it just like the recipe and it is a winner!
