- 1/2 shallot (Thinly sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (1 minced/ 1 whole)
- 1 handful Italian parsley (Fresh, finely chopped)
- 1 pinch peperoncino (flakes)
- 2 slices Italian bread (or ciabatta, anything rustic)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt (Maldon's Flake, or Kosher Salts)
