- 1 Tbsp. sweet cream butter (unsalted organic)
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (or oil of choice)
- 1 sweet onion (Large, chopped or pulverized in a food processor)
- 1 celery stalk (Medium, chopped)
- 1 medium carrot (peeled and chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. brown rice flour (organic)
- 5 sprigs fresh thyme (leaves removed from stems)
- 1 tsp. Herbs de Provence (or italian herb seasoning)
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 3 freshly ground black pepper (cranks of)
- 1 1/2 cups veggies (leftover mixed, choice, I used lima beans, corn, and sweet peas)
- 4 cups turkey meat (leftover, cubed, with or without skin)
- 2 1/2 cups stuffing (prepared cornbread)
