- 1 tsp. olive oil (mild)
- 1 garlic clove (peeled, or use Agnes Rose Garlic Oil)
- 10 sausages (free range/pasture raised, depending on size – if using skinny, chipolata style sausages use 10 to 12)
- 1 cup wild rice (long grain and)
- 1 red onion (peeled and finely chopped)
- 3 apples (eating, cored and chopped but not peeled)

- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar (or try Agnes Rose Cumbrian Damson Cider Vinegar)
- 1 Dijon mustard (generous teaspoon, plain or wholegrain)
- 1 honey (generous teaspoon)
