  • 1 tablespoon turmeric (paste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • sweetener (Optional extra)
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (or maple syrup)
  • stevia (for sweetness with no added sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 pinch ginger (powered)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (Manuka, or any raw, unprocessed honey! Adding refined honey is just adding sugar.)
  • sea salt (A dash of Himalayan, or Celtic Sea Salt)
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (note: if you love the flavor of cinnamon, you can add a 1/2 tsp. You can always add, but can’t subtract, so start with the lower amount.)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
