- 2 Tbsp. promise buttery spread
- 8 oz. cremini mushrooms (or white mushrooms, quartered, about 12)
- 6 oz. green beans (trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 sweet onion
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 cups mixed salad greens
- 6 grape tomatoes (halved lengthwise)
- 6 oz. tuna (in spring water, drained and flaked)
- 4 parmigiano reggiano cheese (curls, about 1/4 oz)

Directions
- Melt Promise® Buttery Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms, green beans and onion, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or just until tender. Season, if desired, with freshly ground black pepper. Cover and let steam 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, evenly arrange salad greens on two dinner plates. Evenly top with warm vegetable mixture and juices, tuna and tomatoes. Drizzle with vinegar and garnish with cheese.
