  • 2 tablespoons drippings
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley (chopped)
  • vinaigrette (Warm Bacon-Herb, recipe below)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey (heaping)
  • 2 tablespoons bacon drippings (reserved)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup canola oil

    Absolutely delicious! I didn’t have any bacon so I used some of the pre-fried bacon pieces that you can buy. And I used some leftover bacon drippings that I save in the fridge for the dressing it was very good.
