- kosher salt
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste (you can buy it is little tubes, like toothpaste, just don't mix up the two)
- 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (fresh, grated)
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs (Toasted, I like to use Panko Breadcrumbs)

Very tasty! Used way more olive oil, lemon and anchovie paste. I let the romanesco marinate in the dressing for awhile. Used more olive oil in the bottom of the pan and squeezed more fresh lemon on top after roasting Really really delicious.
