- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 3 kale (packed cups of, stems removed, chopped)
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 3/4 cup pecans
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice (from about 1-2 oranges)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
