- 3 cloves garlic (cut in half vertically)
- 1 tsp. black peppercorns
- 2 Tbsp. citrus peels (thinly sliced, I used lemon and mandarin oranges)
- 1/2 rosemary (Half of the leaves of one medium spri of, (about 12 leaves))
- 3 Tbsp. gin
- 8 oz. olives (I highly suggest Castrevalno and a few others from the olive bar, pitted is a nice bonus)
