These are great! I’ve made them a few times, and am making them again tonight. I substitute gf flour and no one can tell the difference. Love the tart-sweet combo.

This is a really beautiful and simple dessert, perfect for a dinner party and this dessert can also be made the day before and it also freezes well I served with strawberries and whipped cream and topped with a little lemon zest.
