- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla (optional but tasty)
- 15 almonds (omit if you do not have a high speed blender!)
- 1/8 cup yogurt (I use full fat whole milk yogurt)
- 1 handful spinach (peanut butter etc, optional)
- mini chocolate chips (optional)
- slivered almonds (optional)
- cocoa powder (optional)
