- 12 oz. crab meat (juices drained)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch green onions (about 4-5 stalks, chopped)
- 1 lemon (medium)
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper (fresh)
- 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (or to taste)

Directions
- Pre-heat your KitchenAid® 30″ Double Wall Oven with Even-Heat™ True Convection to 375 degrees F.
- In large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, granulated garlic and sea salt. Mix until everything is smooth.
- Add the crab meat into the cheese mixture and stir until everything is combined.
- Pour the crab dip mixture into an oven-proof baking dish, like the KitchenAid® Nesting Ceramic Casserole. Bake the dip for about 25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Allow the dip to cool slightly. Serve with bread, crackers and/or vegetables.
