  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper (fresh)
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)

  • 2 shallots (large, minced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs (or panko Japanese breadcrumbs, extra for topping)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (minced, plus extra for garnish)

    Directions

    1. Pre-heat your KitchenAid® 30″ Double Wall Oven with Even-Heat™ True Convection to 375 degrees F.
    2. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, granulated garlic and sea salt. Mix until everything is smooth.
    3. Add the crab meat into the cheese mixture and stir until everything is combined.
