This dip recipe was pretty good! The cauliflower idea was off-putting, but once everything was together, it didn’t taste like cauliflower much at all!
The only thing I wasn’t fond of was that the chorizo tasted basically like hot dogs. I will make this again, but I will substitute the chorizo for sausage!
