I even started with bagged pre-shredded brussels sprouts and I LOVE brussels sprouts and I think it might be just about the best way yet I've cooked brussels sprouts. Pretty easy and forgiving (it sat for about 10 min waiting on the entree to be ready between coming out of the oven and having the garnishes applied) but really good. Even my 16 year old son liked it! And it introduced me to a new ingredient--coconut aminos!
