This recipe is great. I made minor adjustments (No jalapeno because my mom, added shrimp, no avocado). I was surprised I enjoyed his because i don't usually like peppers but i cut them up small and they added a nice balance to the salty spice of this. I did add hot sauce after as a topping to compensate for my lack of spice.
