- 2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 red onions (large/2 medium, chopped)
- salt
- pepper
- aleppo (pinch of coarse, to taste)
- 8 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cans beans (worth, chickpeas and runners, preferably, 4 cups cooked)
- 1 pinch sumac
- 3 cups spinach (chopped)
- fresh lemon juice (to taste)
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 10 sun dried tomatoes (re-hydrated, I use oil packed and rinse them in hot water first)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill (chopped, to taste)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. water (to move blender blades)
- 1 pinch za'atar
- extra-virgin olive oil (Greek, to taste/consistency)
