Thick and frothy. Rich flavor and filling. Used a really ripe banana and only 2 dates and the drink is more than sweet enough for me. My ginger was frozen bulb so I had to grate it into the cup before pouring in the warm drink and it turned out fine. I would make this again, according to the direction, maybe for a bedtime drink.
