- 1 1/2 Tbsp. tamari sauce
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 chili peppers (dried Thai bird eye)
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 cup Vegenaise (or regular mayo)
- 7 sun-dried tomatoes in oil (+ 2 teaspoons of that oil)
- 1 cup spinach
- 4 flour tortillas (small gluten free, I use Udi’s)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 lime (quartered)
- 1 bunch chives (and cilantro, chopped for garnish, optional)
- coconut oil spray
