Tasty! I don’t have a food processor so used a sharp cleaver to chop the 1/2 c. (about 48 grams), walnuts first, then pitted the dates and chopped them. This added about 15 minutes to the time stated. I did have walnut meal already, (finely chopped walnuts, to a granular state), that saved time on the the 1st step, (as 95 grams approx. equalled a cup), of chopping whole walnuts. I hand -mixed until dated & walnut meal stuck together, then followed rest of instructions. Came together well. Yielded 22- smaller balls.
