I made some modifications and it turned out GREAT! I increased the salt to 1 tsp and added 1/2 tsp nutmeg. At the end, I added 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. I didn't have a loaf tin so I used a square pan and baked for 25-35 minutes. I learned on a certain British Baking show that you can list to the bread bubble to see if it's done. I pulled this out when the bubbling sound was a low, slow "gentle boil". The inside is perfect moisture with a crisp (but not burnt) exterior. I might make this instead of banana chocolate chip muffins to be honest. It's so good!

Took a bit longer to cook at high altitude, but it was yummy! Threw in a couple of leftover chocolate chips and it stood up to that as well. A solid recipe.

It was really good. I used chopped pecans on one half & left the other without any type of nuts and it turned out delicious.

My kids loved it! Super moist and buttery. I used less nuts because I didn't have a whole cup but was still so good

Easy dough. Suggest banana get mashed before adding it to the dough mixture. Added nutmeg to the cinnamon. I can usually tell by looking at the mixture and taste it before baking it. It was delicious! Can't wait until it is cooked.
