I used to eat waldorf wraps every day for lunch 3 yrs ago when I worked in Stamford and was really desirous to try my hand!
I did your recipe exactly (well I added chicken!) And it was Spot On!

A bit too salty for my taste. Had to add 2 more apples and about 1/2 tsp sugar to cut the salt. In the past, have used maraschino cheeries in place of grapes.

Great! I used 1/2 Greek yogurt and 1/2 mayo. Also added both toasted walnuts and toasted pecans
