Good recipe, love the celery in there. Too much for one person though, would cut the recipe in one fourth to be able to eat in a week. Good for summer time.

I made this for Thanksgiving - so good! Great texture with the crispy apples and not overly sweet. The only change I made was that I forgot the marshmallows, but we didn’t miss them!
