Made the version with 1/3 flour replaced with corn starch. Had to add much more flour than recipe called for, but liked the final result.

very good flavor. with my waffle iron i needed to let them cook 3 times longer just to get it to brown. I whipped the egg whites and added 1/3 cup butter and 1/4 cup oil. very moist and the out side had a nice crispy ness to it. deffinatly saving to ny Yums. 😊
