turned out pretty good, I liked that they were not deep fried but, shredding and squeezing all the veggies is a messy, time consuming job. and then spending 5 min each x 8 servings is 40 min, so you def need somewhere to keep the first ones made warm, I probably won't make these again, just because of the labor & mess
