    Really tender and it kind of had a sweet taste to it. My husband loved it and there were not left overs. I made two flank steaks and sliced I have a family of five and this worked just fine.

    I was so much looking forward to make this marinade, but, something went terribly wrong and the outcome was a total disaster. Whatever you do, do not put the ingredients in a blender.

    The marinade was fantastic. Absolutely a hit with my family. My mum said that it would've been better without the soy sauce, but I disagree with her whole heartedly. One of (if not) the best marinade I have made so far.

    I've tried couple others but this really is delicious. I only marinade the steak for 90 minutes and it was good. I'm going to do it overnight next time.. Should be awesome!

    Turned out pretty good. I made the mistake of adding the leftover marinade to the steak to early in the searing process and ended up having burnt gravy. I'll be adding it at the last minute for the remaining steaks.

    Really good! Highly recommend it & would definitely do again. Some ingredients I substituted because I didn’t have it at the house. I switched out brown sugar with sugar and onion powder with garlic powder & I didn’t add white pepper. It still turned out great!

    Truly delicious! I only was able to marinade the steak for only 4 1/2hrs but it was so flavorful! My only advice would be to trust the recipe, I followed it and then decided to taste it before putting it on the steak as I never used "white pepper" before and the marinade was very peppery however after cooking it, it was AMAZING, husband and 2yr old son enjoyed! I paired it with butter garlic broccoli and crash hot potatoes with garlic, rosemary, Parmesan, olive oil and salt/pepper!
