- 4 cups water
- 1 shallot
- 3 kale (stems)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch radishes
- 2 bunches carrots (with the tops)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 cup cashews (soaked)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 Tbsp. miso paste
- 1 tsp. honey (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 handful fresh cilantro (about 3 tbsp or to taste, I like lots)
- 1/2 juice (a lemon)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Tbsp. water (at a time until you get the consistency you would like)
