  • 1 package smoked sausage
  • 1 uncooked fusilli pasta (package 1, 16 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (or 1  blackened)
  • 15 ounces Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
    2. While pasta is cooking, cut sausage into ¼“slices. Place in bowl and sprinkle with seasoning; toss lightly to evenly coat.
    3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add sausage; cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in Alfredo sauce, parsley and hot sauce to taste; heat through.
    4. Pour over pasta and toss until well coated. Serve immediately.

    This was a huge hit at my home. I added extra spice and bell pepper . Half of sauce was used over pasta and the other half was used over cauliflower rice . Adding it to the rotation

    I enjoyed it though I substituted with andouille sausage since thats what we had. came out a smidge spicier than I anticipated that might have been because the change in sausage. All in all it was very good my partner loved it but my toddler was not a big fan (too spicy)!

    I’ll give it four stars because it was kind of blah and I really put a lot of the spices and hot sauce in (without using too much hot sauce). But I also had a hard time finding certain incredients because of where I’m living currently so that could have been the problem. Would probably make again if I could find all the correct ingredients
    not bad, we liked it just felt like it needed something more just not sure what.

    This is SUPEE GOOD. I added half a packet of ranch seasoning to it once the alfredo (homemade might i add) is added and DANG. This is def being saved in my dinner folder!!

    I used Bertoli garlic Alfredo sauce and instead of “hot sauce” I used sriracha. Everything else was made according to directions. Was the perfect amount of spice for us but I think it could still use some more seasonings. It’s kind of odd because there is enough flavor to the sausage but not enough in the sauce. Overall, still a great dish and something different! Worth a try for sure. Also super easy and quick.

    Family doesn't do spicy, so I just subbed in some simple spices (garlic, onion, paprika), and had to whip up a homemade alfredo, but it was amazing! Even picky kids liked it!

    I subbed out the parsley for cilantro, and wow it's got a good kick with that cajun spice. super quick and super delicious, just the way I like it.

    I used garlic chicken kielbasa and added spices to the alfredo like garlic herb and dash table blend... super easy to make!!!
