    1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
    2. While pasta is cooking, cut sausage into ¼“slices. Place in bowl and sprinkle with seasoning; toss lightly to evenly coat.
    3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add sausage; cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in Alfredo sauce, parsley and hot sauce to taste; heat through.
    4. Pour over pasta and toss until well coated. Serve immediately.

I used Bertoli garlic Alfredo sauce and instead of “hot sauce” I used sriracha. Everything else was made according to directions. Was the perfect amount of spice for us but I think it could still use some more seasonings. It’s kind of odd because there is enough flavor to the sausage but not enough in the sauce. Overall, still a great dish and something different! Worth a try for sure. Also super easy and quick.

Family doesn't do spicy, so I just subbed in some simple spices (garlic, onion, paprika), and had to whip up a homemade alfredo, but it was amazing! Even picky kids liked it!

I subbed out the parsley for cilantro, and wow it's got a good kick with that cajun spice. super quick and super delicious, just the way I like it.

I used garlic chicken kielbasa and added spices to the alfredo like garlic herb and dash table blend... super easy to make!!!
Very easy and quick when you don't have a lot of time. I added a jar of roasted red peppers and am thinking this addition made it 5 stars. I dont know if Id bother with the parsely next time its kind of a pain and didnt add much to the overall dish.

It was ok. It tasted slightly off. Spicy yet still a bit bland.

Very good! I ended up adding chicken to the recipe and used more Cajun seasoning and hot sauce than called for, but it was very good! I will definitely make this again without parsley.

I swapped the smoked sausage for andouille and the fusilli for penne and it turned out really good. Gave me really bad heartburn though so prepare yourself, especially if you add some extra spices like I did.

Wow! This recipe is incredible. I made it for the first time and my family absolutely loved it! So I made it again and what makes it really good is if you heat the skillet up and put spinach in to give it more flavor. It is really good! Also, add olive oil to your pasta after draining so the noodles don't stick together. This is a great recipe, a family favorite.

It turned out pretty good. I didn't have sausage so I decided to use ground turkey then added a few seasonings to this and it was very appetizing.

Wonderful texture of the alfredo to noodle and sausage! Very quick and easy to put together if you're in a hurry to make something at the last minute. I added a bit more sausage and used Chipotle seasoning in place of the Italian seasoning.
