This smoothie is all about Vitamin C since I have used Oranges, Grapefruit and Cucumber. Rather than popping Vitamin C pills to overcome the changing season of cold and cough, this year I am going to take my dose of Vitamin C the natural way. Making it is as easy as it gets..I would suggest do not filter out the pulp after using the blender as that will waste all the good fiber your body needs, so just drink up right after blending :)
