- sugar cured ham slices (As needed)
- buttermilk biscuits (As needed)
- peach preserves (As needed)
- eggs (As needed, scrambled)
- chives (As needed, chopped)
- coffee (As needed)
- 5 green tomatoes (very firm, 1/4-inch sliced)
- 2 cups buttermilk (to soak tomatoes)
- 1 cup flour (all purpose, for dredging tomatoes)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 tsp. black pepper (fresh ground)
- 2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne

Directions
- Without going all the way through, split Edward’s sausage and char grill
- In cold skillet or sauté pan add ham slice and slowly bring up heat
- Cook until brown, flip ham over continue to cook
