The proportions were off. I added more vinegar and Dijon. I wouldn’t make again

good favor. used white vinegar found was bit bitter. would try again but with apple cider vinegar

Had a bag of broccoli slaw from the store and used this dressing with it. It worked great!

This is my favorite coleslaw recipe. It's nice and tangy and my whole family devours it.

Not too sweet. And nice without mayo. I used maple syrup and added powdered mustard.

Cider vinegar, mustard and honey are a great mix. I had red cabbage and Brussel sprouts so I added that to make the amount of cabbage. I also added flax seed, celery leaves, walnuts and raisins because that’s my version of coleslaw: sweet, crunchy and tangy. Torn over adding an apple but didn’t have any so maybe another day.
