The modification I made was to add mushroom bacon and coconut bakon for crunch . We really liked the mushroom bacon for its hearty texture and the coconut bakon for its crispy crunch. We found it to be a little elevated with these additions. Try it. Like it. Instagram me @sisters.s.o.a.r
