- 2 cups bean sprouts (washed and tails pinched off)
- fresh cilantro (coriander tops, leaves and tender stems)
- 1/2 cup red onions (50 grams/approx. 2 ounces shaved)
- 1/2 lime (cut into 4 wedges)
- Sriracha chili sauce
- hoisin sauce
- chili peppers (Sliced fresh, your choice)
- 6 oz. dried figs (package, chopped)
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. brandy
- 1 oz. dark chocolate (grated)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (sugared, or toasted walnuts, chopped)
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 bowl water
