- 1 lb. pork ribs (country style boneless, thinly sliced into bite sizes)
- 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 green onion (finely chopped)
- 1 lemongrass (only tender part, finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sweet soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. coconut water (all natural, no sugar added)
- 1 Tbsp. palm sugar
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 16 oz. vermicelli noodles (rice)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (if you are stir fry the meat, if you are grilling you don't need it)
- fish sauce (Flavored, Recipe follow)
- radishes (pickled)
- carrots
- 1 head romaine lettuce (ripped with hands into bite sizes)
- 1 handful fresh cilantro
- handfuls fresh Thai basil leaves
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1 slice cucumbers
- vegetables (More of your choice of)
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (chopped and then roast one more time until nice golden brown for more deeper flavor.)
- 3 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 1/2 freshly squeezed lime juice (or lemon)
- 1/2 Tbsp. palm sugar
- 1 garlic (chopped)
- 1 Thai chilies (chopped)
