- 1 stalk lemon grass (use the lower half only, finely diced)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (grated or chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely diced or grated)
- 1/2 red chilli (long jalapeno, finely diced, long red chilli)
- 1 spring onion (finely diced)
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (or olive oil for cooking)
- rice (Broccoli)
- 1 head broccoli (cut into florets, cut the bigger florets in half again)
- 1 clove garlic (finely diced)
- 1 spring onion (diced small)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (for Whole30, pick a compliant brand)
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp. coconut aminos
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 medium zucchini (shaved raw, you could also do carrots)
- 1 handful fresh coriander
