Great tomato twist! For me, the proportions are all wrong (1/2 lb pork for 6 servings— even considering pork to be just an accent? No!). So I use the ingredients, cook the pork a bit crispier and go from there. Very flavorful and easy. I also use sesame oil for the sauté-ing

Surprisingly good. I was looking to use up some ground pork and this was a good change from the usual. I put it over zucchini noodles, but my family liked it over rice also
